This weekend we showcased the incredible talents of our 2024 Art From the Heart Competition artists. We were thrilled to share and celebrate their creativity and resilience.
Each artist has lived experience in the foster care system, and their artwork is a testament to their unique perspectives and experiences. Each piece tells a story, capturing emotions and insights that are powerful and profound, thoughtful and insightful, colorful and entertaining. The quality of their work is truly impressive, reflecting the hard work and dedication our young artists poured into their creations.
I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to each artist for sharing their voice with us. Pouring your soul onto canvas is not an easy process, and submitting your work to a competition takes bravery that not many people possess. Their contributions not only enriched the exhibition but also inspired us all to look deeper and connect with our community around us.
