The Board of Directors and Executive Officers of Norfolk Friends of Foster Care are pleased to release our 2017-2018 Annual Report. NFFC had an incredible second year, filled with heartwarming stories of triumph, courage, success and growth. From helping teens overcome academic hurdles and witnessing their monumental accomplishments, to assisting with creating new foster homes for children in need, the youth we serve are feeling the impact of the community’s involvement. Whether enabling fantastic summer camp experiences or bringing smiles to children on birthdays and holidays, NFFC supporters are making a difference.
