Leadership Academy is a group coaching and leadership development program for teens who shine.

To us, shining means your inner power, your dreams, and your desire to support others SHOWS.

You bring passionate energy to projects you care about and have vision to make our community (and the world) a better place.

It’s our goal, through Leadership Academy, to meet you where you are and support you in developing the skills you need to lead a life (in your studies, career, and home) that that’s fulfilling, purposeful, connected and fun!

What's special about Leadership Academy?

We're not here to change you. We're here to help you access your gifts, gain confidence in your expression, and develop the tools to lead.

1:1 Coaching

Leadership Academy Scholars will work 1:1 with a coach to get clear on their vision, take aligned action, practice discernment, and navigate the highs and lows.

Customizable Curriculum

While Leadership Academy has a core curriculum, it also has room for flexibility. As participant's interests and desires are realized, the program will be customized to meet participants on their terms.

Supportive Community

The power of doing this work in a group setting is incredible. Leadership Academy Scholars will co-create a container for transformation and becoming and support each other on their individual journeys.

Leadership Academy includes a quarterly in-person retreat, and bi-weekly Zoom meetings, and optional 1:1 calls for whenever you need ’em!

Hi, I’m Erin Lindstrom, Head Coach of Leadership Academy!

For the last 10 years, I’ve been coaching women to go after their dreams by developing their confidence, discernment, and leadership skills. My coaching approach includes a blend of strategy, mindset, and healing that is trauma-informed and designed to support clients in becoming more of themselves.
