TFFC is looking for good tutors in all subjects and grade levels in Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Yorktown, and Williamsburg.  Our goal is to provide qualified tutors to help foster children to achieve their best.  We attempt to match student availability and needs with tutors in their area.  Most of our tutors are currently certified, or have been certified to teach, and have several years’ experience, but other qualifications are considered.

The minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s degree.  A Criminal History and Sex Offender Check and a Child Protective Service Registry Background Check are required for all tutors and will be paid for by TFFC.
